You can imagine my chagrin (read P.O.'d!) when neither my 'phone nor my spouse's 'phone will rarely make or receive a call inside our home! We had never had a reception/sending problem before. It took 4 hours for my spouse to get her 'phone up and running (sort of) and almost 4 hours to get my 'phone up and running (sort of). Activating these two 'phones took an act of congress and dealing with customer service personnel who speak heavily accented and very poor English. We both had previously been on Net10 service for quite some time with regular 'phones and the service was excellent.

I recently purchased two Samsung Galaxy ON-5's (smart 'phones) one for myself and one for my spouse. THE END OF MY DEBIT ACCOUNT FROM WHICH MY MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN BY NET 10 ENDS WITH 6778. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CHECK I WILL SEND MULTIPLE COPIES OF THIS TO THE FCC, THE BETTER BUSINESS, NET 10 CORPORATE OFFICERS ETC. I would appreciate a Check for the money I paid Net 10 and got ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE OR PHONE SERVICE FOR-PLUS MANY HOURS OF POST OFFICE AND DEALING WITH AMAZON ETC. Later that day I called InfoTrac and NOW after all this aggravation with Net 10 my phone service works FINE WITH INFOTRAC. Thinking we were talking with InfoTrac with my new phone we charged $22.17 to my same debit account as the other Net 10 payments I have made. That is why I think the two companies are connected in a corporate way. A friend and I called what we THOUGHT was Infotrac but we were talking to Net 10 people. I ordered the same phone I originally had that was listed on the InfoTrac website. I was told by 'customer service' people that this SIM would not work. I sent the phone back and ordered a new SIM kit with Net 10 on the package from Net 10, thinking it would work with this same phone. Then Net 10 'customer service' people told me I had to buy a 'smart phone.' That this phone would not work for my 6 months credit. I bought a new phone from Amazon, the same model and make of phone I had before.

They told me they could not download my service credit for those 6 months. I paid $133.01 at that time online banking. It looks like there is some corporate or 'legal entity connection' between Net 10 and InfoTrac and that is fine with me. I switched to InfoTrac because of my BAD recent experience with Net 10. The problem HAS TO START AT THE TOP TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN not only to me but several others.I have had service with you for several years now and have changed service from one phone to another without a problem This type of treatment can make a person to curse who does not. on the phone and still no service and talk to over 20 people.Out of that many people you would think that at least one would know what to do. Have been told it would be fixed in 3hrs.,24hrs.48 hrs.and still no phone service.Have been told they would call back at a certain time and did not also been hung up on by a tech who was very rude.I feel like I need to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office for such poor service.The people that I talk to seem to just want to pass the buck because they did not know what to do,because they were not trained to do their jobs.I spent over 6 hrs. I have tried for 6 days to get phone service from net10.
